
Darlene Huber was raised in Round Lake Beach, IL where she met her high school sweetheart. After getting married, they moved to Genoa City where they currently reside with their son. She received a BA in Psychology from UW-Whitewater. She has held various positions in the social services field and is presently in accounting with Keefe Real Estate. Darlene has a big heart and is always willing to help others. Making a difference in other people’s lives is very important to her. Darlene’s son is very involved in sports. She takes pride in being actively involved in his sporting events and enjoys being the team mom. She had the pleasure of meeting Paul Denecke when he coached her son in football for two years. When Paul’s daughter was diagnosed with Leukemia, she knew that she needed to help. Darlene is honored to be a part of a foundation that helps families affected by childhood cancer.
